• To enhance coordination of services
• To improve Communication between service providers
• To reduce professional isolation
• To increase knowledge through sharing information & sharing of resources
• PEPA Post placement support
This activity has been submitted to the RACGP for Category 2 points in the QI&CPD Program for the 2011-2013 triennium.
ACRRM QA&CPD points have been applied for. Points will be published at a later date.
This activity has been endorsed by APEC no. 04112253 as authorised by Royal College of Nursing, Australia, according to approved criteria.
